The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program is for students in high school or another post-secondary program who wish to become Registered Nurses (RNs). Students applying to this program are required to start in Year 1 regardless of previous post-secondary courses taken and will progress through the 4-year program with Camosun College and the University of Victoria (UVic).

As of 2024, Camosun has introduced an LPN to RN bridging program, called the PN2BSN. Applicants for this program must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and are required to take two semesters of bridging coursework at Camosun College and then complete NURS 290 (Consolidated Practice Experience 2). Then, the student will start in third year of the BSN program and progress through the normal BSN program for years 3 and 4.
