Judging

Judging Process

Faculty from multiple departments will evaluate essay submissions using the rubric listed above. Each judge will then assign a score for each essay, with the scores from all judges totaled to determine each essay's overall score. Winners are then ranked by the top three scores.

On November 9, winners and winning essays will be shared on the Compton College Library homepage and the Winners page of this site.
