Robert Kinsey has been a coach at Cherry Creek High School since 2013. He is a graduate of Cherry Creek High School, class of 2007. Robert went to college at Colorado State University-Pueblo, graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Health Promotion & Recreation. Robert played 4 years of soccer for the Thunderwolves. During his collegiate career, Robert achieved many honors, including the 2008 RMAC Freshman of the Year, 4-time All-Conference selection, 4-time All-Region selection, and 2011 All-American Honorable Mention. Robert currently holds the all-time records at CSU-Pueblo for most points and most goals. In 2018, he was inducted into the Colorado State University Athletics Hall of Fame. Robert has also coached for Coerver Colorado soccer camps since 2014.
Robert is married, has two daughters, Alexa and Callie, and a dog named Maximus. He is currently a substitute teacher for the Cherry Creek School District and enjoys playing soccer in his free time.
