Advising: Providing personalized guidance on college applications , career exploration , and post-secondary decision - making processes. 

Engaging: Assisting the school counselors to align students personal goals with career aspirations. 

Supporting: Assist students in developing resumes, preparing for interviews, and navigating financial aid and scholarship opportunities. 

Workshops and Events: Assist with postsecondary workshops , informational sessions , and career fairs for expose students to various educational and professional pathways. 

Monitoring and Data Support: Tracking students progress towards their postgraduation plan and providing ongoing support to address any challenges.
