Reserved Rooms and Online Portal:
We have rooms for everyone that requested to stay at Lake side B - Best Western Aquakub, Aix Lex Bains, France. Between now and October 1, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your online portal with American Expeditions. First deposit due is October 1, 2019 for $275.00 (this is due to American Expeditions for hotel accommodation package).
Please don't confuse this payment with the $300 deposit made to CCDBA to cover race fees that was due on September 20, 2019.
American Expeditions International (AEI) - aka Music Contact International
AEI is our accommodation travel agent. It developed a package that includes lodging, airport transportation, day excursions, daily breakfast, welcome dinner cruise, etc. Click here to view the flyer with the itinerary, so you know what is included and what is excluded in the Lakeside B property for $2000.00/person.
Travel Insurance
Since we are now paying AEI (travel agent) for our accommodations, it's time to think about travel insurance to protect from total loss. SquareMouth can help navigate to find the right policy for you. When filling out the application, this is considered your first payment. Since you are covered for only what you pay, you can increase amount of coverage as more payments are due.
