Hi. I'm so excited to be at CCA! I have been teaching since 1999. The majority of my experience is in Special Education (reading, math, writing) with emphasis on behavior and ASD. However, I have also spent time working with adult learners, in administration, and as a trainer of teachers. I have extensive experience in teaching people of all ages how to read and write. I also have gone through intensive training for math and math interventions. I have been in charge of the Student Support Team at different schools since 2002. This is my second year position as a Literacy Specialist & Coach (and MTSS Chairperson).
