Covid Policy
Covid Protocol during the Conference:
We ask all participants to wear masks indoors during the lectures.
As a community, we value being inclusive. However, we all have different experiences of what "normal" is at this stage of the pandemic. Therefore, respect others' desires to social distance.
If you have Covid symptoms, take a home test. These are generally available in stores such as Bartell Drugs, Wallgreens, Safeway, QFC, Target, CVS etc, or through Amazon. However, their availability varies and it might be useful to bring a few tests with you. We will have a small supply of tests at the conference in case of emergencies.
If you test positive, do not come to the conference venue. Notify organizers and your contacts.
Covid Prevention Measures at the HUB:
The conference takes place at the HUB. The HUB HVAC system is equipped with MERV 13 air filters and air is cycled through the building.
In addition, each meeting room is equipped with an air purifier.
The HUB has hand sanitizer available in all of the main lounges, meeting rooms, on each elevator landing and at the North entrance of the building.
The HUB will disinfect event space before and after each use.
