Kickboxing & Fitness

Kickboxing and fitness is a CCA for those who are interested in getting physically and mentally fit through workouts and kickboxing. Under the guidance of the coach, you will be taught on the fundamentals of working out such as specific exercises which target specific muscles, handling gym equipments properly and the impact of diet on you body. Also, through kickboxing, you now have the right knowledge to defend or punch, kick, hook and even take down your opponent. Consistent training helps boost your speed and agility. Build confidence as a person through sparring. All in all, you will have fun and have a great body.Â
