参加費用について / About Registration Fees
全日参加：各プログラム、スモールグループ、宿泊、食事含む
Full Participation Fee includes each program, Small Group, lodging, and meals.
#リネンはご提供かねますので、お手数をおかけしますが、寝袋、タオルなど必要なものを各自ご持参頂きますようお願い致します。
Unfortunately, we cannot provide linens for your stay, we kindly ask that you bring your own sleeping bags, towels, and other necessary items, please.
部分参加費用について / About Partial Attendance Fees
CC25では基本的に全日参加（宿泊も含め）のご参加をお勧めしておりますが、
（ご都合等で）部分参加を希望される方については、以下の参加料金となります。
部分参加には食事が自動的についてきます。また、早割はありませんのでご了承ください。
CC25 encourages full participation (including lodging), however partial attendance is available. Please see the fee below.
Please note that meals are automatically included and there is no early bird rate for partial attendance.
#部分参加についての注意事項
部分参加費には、集会、スモールグループ、ワークショップのセッション参加料金、食事料金が含まれます。
日帰り参加で食事をしない部分参加の場合でも、参加費用に食事料金が含まれることご了承ください。
宿泊無し（日帰り）で３日間部分参加申し込みの場合は、全日参加の料金よりも割高になる旨ご了承ください。
集会、スモールグループ参加のみ、もしくは食事のみの料金設定はありません。
#Notes on Partial Participation
The partial participation fee includes the cost of attending sessions for gatherings, small groups, and workshops, as well as meal charges.
Even if you participate on a day-trip basis without meals, please note that the participation fee still includes meal charges.
If you register for partial participation for three days without accommodation (day-trip basis), please be aware that the total fee will be higher than the full participation fee.
There are no separate fees for attending only gatherings and small groups or for meals only.
チャイルドケアのご利用について / About Child Care
チャイルドケアは0〜3歳のお子様対象です。
0〜3歳のお子様の参加費は無料となっておりますが、チャイルドケアご利用料金は下記となっております。
チャイルドケアは全5回提供されます。ぜひご活用ください。
お支払いは、当日、会場でお支払いください。

4回 $35
3回以下 各$10
Child care is for children 0-3 years of age.
There is no participation fee for children aged 0-3 years old.
Child care is offered a total of 5 times.
Please pay your fees at the registration. The Child care fee is as follows:
5 times $40
4 times $35
Less than 3 times $10/ per session
キャンセルについて
申し込み後、やむを得ずキャンセルの場合は、事務局までご連絡ください。5/10（金）までにご連絡を頂ければ、（クレジット手数料10％を差し引いて）全額返金しますが、それ以降のキャンセルは返金致しかねますので、あらかじめご了解ください。
ご連絡の無い場合は返金致しかねますので、ご了承ください。
About Cancellation
Please contact us if you will not be able to attend. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable unless cancelled by 5/10 (Fri). The transaction fee is non-refundable.
If you do not contact us for cancellation, there will be no refunds.
