Course Overview
CBT in the Workplace introduces Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles adapted for professional environments. Participants explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact — and how unhelpful thinking patterns can increase stress, limit performance, and affect workplace relationships.
Across ten weeks, learners build skills progressively, moving from foundational awareness to applied strategies for long-term resilience and effectiveness.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Identify common cognitive distortions in workplace situations
Apply CBT strategies to manage stress and emotional reactivity
Improve communication, feedback processing, and performance thinking
Recognize and challenge unhelpful core beliefs related to work and self-worth
Develop a personalized approach to cognitive resilience
Course Progression
Weeks 1–3: CBT foundations and stress-based thinking patterns
Weeks 4–6: Interpersonal and identity-based cognitive distortions
Weeks 7–8: Core beliefs, schemas, and skill integration
Weeks 9–10: Application, resilience planning, and long-term use
Certificate of Completion
Participants who complete all required components may receive a Certificate of Completion from FSC Learning Systems.
