Starting a Business

Requirements:

• Barangay Clearance (Barangay where business is located)

• Barangay Certification: No encroachment of sidewalk & other gov't. Properties.

• Government Issued I.D 

• Contract of Lease (if space is rented)

• Authorization from the owner/Secretary Certificate or Board Resolution (if Representative)

• Transfer Certificate of Title or Tax Declaration 

• AFS/ITR

• SEC/DTI(Complete set of pages)/CDA

• CENRO Certificate of Compliance (if Business establishment generates noise in the course of operation)

• CEEO Market Sanitation Clearance, Market Clearance and Contract of Lease (if business is located at Langihan Public Market/Tabuan/Bus & Van Terminal)

• Certificate of Occupancy 

• Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA) 

• Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) 

• Sanitary Permit 

• Environmental Clearance (CENRO) 

• SSS Clearance, Phil-health Clearance & Pag-ibig Clearance 

• Other requirements of the Departments/Offices & Government Agencies /Instrumentalities (Download a Copy)

Transient Business (Transient business refers to all types of trade and commerce involving the selling or dealing of agricultural and industrial products, wares, goods and services for a short duration of time or for the duration of a certain occasion like fiesta and the Christmas period.)

• Government Issued I.D (Photocopy)

• Authorization from the owner / Secretary Certificate or Board Resolution (if Representative)

• SEC Registration (for Corporation) (Whole set Photocopy)

• DTI Registration (Single Proprietor) (Photocopy)

• Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA) (Original or Photocopy)
