IMPORTANT: At the end of the training, you must click the “SAVE” button first in order to generate your certificate of completion.
You must email a copy of the Certificate of Completion to CCI'S HR Department – CCIHR@nycourts.gov.
Note that you cannot save your progress so plan to complete it in one sitting or you will have to start over!

All BJI employees are required to be mandated reporters. The training can take 1.5 hours to 2 hours. It can be paused and resumed so you may be scheduled to do it in separate blocks. Once completed, please keep a copy of the certificate of completion in your records and email a copy to your supervisor.
FYI: There is another Mandated Reporter training led by CCI’s Training Institute twice a year that is ALSO required to be completed within 6 months of your start date, and every 3 years you work at CCI. The Training Institute is responsible for coordinating this with you directly.
