Seungsik Moon received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from POSTECH, Pohang, Korea, under the supervision of Prof. Youngjoo Lee. He was a Researcher at the Artificial Intelligence Computing Research Laboratory, ETRI, before joining the Department of Electronics Engineering at Chungbuk National University in 2025, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. His research focuses on baseband architectures for next-generation communication, intelligent computing systems including NPU architectures, and RISC-V core design. He is a recipient of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Pre-Doctoral Grant (2022), the Best Ph.D. Dissertation Award from POSTECH EE (2024), and the Distinguished Design Award at IEEE A-SSCC (2019).
