Accommodation

To conference participants we provide Clemson University’s Apartment Housing that are located on campus. The Clemson University's Apartment Housing offers a variety of room types with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom(s) in each unit. This will provide ample opportunity for interactions and informal discussions among participants after the lectures everyday. If you would like to stay at this campus apartment housing offered by the conference, please check the corresponding box on the registration form and register by March 29, 2024. 

New: If you have requested on campus housing, you will be staying at the newly built Douthit Hills West Building A apartment. We will be having two-bed and four-bed rooms available, you may find their floor plans here. The check-in will be from noon to 4pm on June 2 at the East Campus Area Desk of Mauldin Hall. During this time the organizers will be on site to help with the check-in process. However, the Area Desk is staffed 24/7, even if you arrive at different day/time, you may still pick up your key packets there.  

For those who prefer staying at an off-campus hotel, we will not be able to cover the cost and you need to make arrangements on your own. The following are some hotel options close to Clemson campus (you may still need a car).

The participants will be provided all the meals at the University’s dining hall, The Dish at McAlister.

Travel

Clemson, South Carolina is conveniently located between Atlanta, Georgia and Charlotte, North Carolina and is only 12 miles from Interstate 85, making it readily accessible by car for people from instate and surrounding states such as North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama. In addition, there are 3 major airports in the area: Greenville–Spartanburg International (GSP) - about 45 miles northeast of Clemson with nonstop flights from Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington DC, and many other cities, Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) in Charlotte, NC - about 127 miles northeast of Clemson, and Hartsfield-Jackson Inter- national (ATL) in Atlanta, GA - about 133 miles southwest of Clemson.
