Welcome to Western Pediatrics! We are your co-lead residents for 2026-2027. We are very excited about the CBME model as it has allowed us to have more one-on-one interactions with staff and receive very helpful real-time feedback. Our CBME program soft-launched in 2020, and officially launched in 2021. In the last couple of years, we had the opportunity to learn more about CBME, gather resident feedback, and optimize it for resident learning, and we are excited to see CBME continue to grow.
