You’ll use the Chromebook keyboard like any other keyboard with a few differences. Keys may vary depending on your Chromebook. Most notable is that Chromebooks do not have caps lock keys. Instead there are function keys dedicated to managing the Chrome browser.

The Search Key opens the launcher, a quick and easy way to search your Chromebook for files, folders, apps or the Internet.
To turn CAPS LOCK on temporarily, press ALT + the search key.
