Conclusion 

In conclusion, the BBY21505 Building Construction Technology 1 course provides a lot of new knowledge to students through the production of individual assignments and grouping projects.  Starting with Assignment 1. Through the results of Assignment 1 Individual : Feasibility Study, students can find out the content that needs to be there to produce a complete, detailed, and good feasibility study. A feasibility study should be stated in more detail and think critically by doing a more in-depth study. In addition, students can learn that it is important to conduct a feasibility study in the area where the new development will be built. This is because the purpose of the feasibility study is to provide an independent assessment that examines all aspects of a proposed project, including technical, economic, financial, legal, and environmental considerations. This information then helps decision-makers determine whether or not to proceed with the project. It clearly shows that this assignment 1 is able to help students and give them an idea of the content of the feasibility study, and that this knowledge is useful to be used in the work environment. At the end of the assignment, students were able to identify and make a decision about whether the chosen location, Chemor, could bring progress to the company and should be continued.

Assignment 2 Individual, Innovation and Technology in the Railway Station Building, students can find out what is meant by innovation and technology. In addition, students can also learn that it is important to adapt innovation and technology in railway station building for the well-being, safety, and health of users and to further ensure the well-being of the environment. Developing is not only for the benefit of the population but must also emphasize the element of protecting the environment. Next, students learn the importance of each element chosen to be applied in the railway station building. In addition to that, students can also learn the correct and orderly installation procedure, guidelines that need to be followed and referred to, related tools and equipment, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of a selected element, namely a balanced ventilation system, a castellated beam, and a ramp. At the end of Assignment 2, students can identify well which element should be very well applied in the construction of the railway station in Chemor is the Balanced Ventilation System. This is because, a ventilation system is important to be applied inside the building to reduce heat, save energy on the air conditioner, and make the residents feel comfortable. This knowledge is very useful for students if they want to work in maintenance or engineering.

By the results of conducting Case Study Individual : Building Technology in Railway Station , students can learn how to communicate well by using polite language when organizing questions or during interviews when conducting industrial visits involving outside parties. In addition, students can identify, choose one of the technologies and produce a SWOT analysis. Next, students can learn the elements found in the operational system as well as the procedures involved with each element, starting from Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC), Railway Signaling System, Overhead Catenary System and Trackwork. It is clear here that the case study provides opportunities and also new knowledge for students about the technology used in the railway station. Not only that, students can also learn a comparison of the method and building spec including material used, between the old train station and the new train station. The knowledge that is learned and obtained indirectly makes it easier for students who plan to venture into or involve themselves in jobs in the construction of railway stations.

   Through the results of the Group Project, students can learn how to communicate well among group members. Communication is important, especially when it involves group work. In terms of language and speech, the words used reflect a person's character or identity. In addition, students can learn how to solve problems well. In addition, the importance of helping each other and reprimanding in case of mistakes. With this, students can educate themselves to be professional and open-minded when receiving criticism from others. The importance of this attitude to apply while in the world of work will be discussed later.  

  The teaching and learning results of the syllabus throughout the Building Construction Technology 1 course, students have been helped to produce the tasks given, which are individual and group work. Notes given by course lecturers can also provide new knowledge to students, such as in Feasibility Study and Castellated Beam. There is also knowledge that must be studied on their own, and through this, students learn to try to find and learn independently. In addition, students learn how to communicate well when presenting questions to lecturers or external parties.
