Our team focuses on the development of synthetic bacteriophage platforms and CRISPR-based precision genome engineering tools for bacterial control and microbiome modulation. We aim to design programmable phages that can selectively recognize and eliminate target bacteria at the single-nucleotide level, offering a new paradigm in precision antimicrobial biotechnology.
