CRISPR-Cas Technologies
Our laboratory is dedicated to advancing CRISPR-based genome editing technologies in microbial model systems. We focus on the development of single-nucleotide–resolution editing, multiplex genome manipulation, and CRISPR interference (CRISPRi) platforms to precisely regulate and reprogram cellular functions.
