Boarding
All belongings are left at the owner’s risk.
Items left unclaimed by owners will be popped in our lost property for collection at a later date.
Only cats from the same family home may share a room. Cat Naps reserves the right to separate the cats if necessary, i.e. if they are not getting along. The appropriate charges will apply.
Please bring your cats food with you at drop off - it is important to keep on the same diet to reduce any tummy upsets and stress.
Catnaps will use all reasonable endeavours to feed as instructed by the owner, however alternative diets/brands may be fed if the cat is not eating their usual diet. All allergies will however be checked beforehand.

Health and Well-being
Cats must be in a fit and healthy condition and any medical conditions discussed with Anna at Cat Naps before any bookings are made.
If any health issues occur between the booking being made and the date of drop off, an update on the situation must be made to Anna at Cat Naps.
If your cat is found to have fleas or worms during their visit, you will be charged for any necessary treatment, a vet visit and the time it has taken.
Animals are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, the management cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any animal in their care.
If your cat should be unwell during their stay with us, Cat Naps will refer them to your usual vet, if that is not possible or it is an emergency situation, Cat Naps vets will be used instead.
Cat Naps will always attempt to contact you or your emergency contact first.
All the above will be undertaken at your expense and you will need to pay any fees directly to the vet caring for your cat. Cat Naps Cattery takes no responsibility for the financial outcome of any veterinary treatment.
