Recently I moved studios to a wonderful studio in Fishponds Ridgeway Studios where I have now set up my printmaking and framing equipment. So I am now in a great position where I can offer printmaking courses.
Recently I moved studios to a wonderful studio in Fishponds Ridgeway Studios where I have now set up my printmaking and framing equipment. So I am now in a great position where I can offer printmaking courses.
A six-week introduction to printmaking course. Over the duration of the six weeks, you will be introduced to the techniques of lino cutting dry point etching and screen printing, each new technique will be demonstrated, and examples will be shown, a chance to experiment with the medium and discover the marks that can be achieved and then a period of time to create a masterpiece! Guidance and support will be given throughout the sessions if required. Refreshments of tea and coffee will also be provided to make a relaxing evening of creativity in a working studio.
The cost of the 6 week course is £180 with all materials and equipment provided. The course will run on a Thursday evening 7-9pm.

Over the duration of the six weeks, you will be introduced to the techniques of collagraph and carborundum printing, each new technique will be demonstrated, and examples will be shown, a chance to experiment with the medium and discover the marks that can be achieved and then a period of time to create a masterpiece! Guidance and support will be given throughout the sessions if required. Refreshments of tea and coffee will also be provided to make a relaxing evening of creativity in a working studio.
