Mental health
Mental health is a state of mental well-being that allows people to cope with stressful moments in life, develop all their skills, be able to learn and work adequately and contribute to the improvement of their community. It is a fundamental part of health and well-being that supports our individual and collective abilities to make decisions, establish relationships and shape the world in which we live. Mental health is also a fundamental human right. And an essential element for personal, community and socioeconomic development.
Mental health is more than the mere absence of mental disorders. It occurs in a complex process, which each person experiences in a different way, with varying degrees of difficulty and distress and social and clinical results that can be very different.
Mental health conditions include mental disorders and psychosocial disabilities, as well as other mental states associated with a high degree of distress, functional disability or risk of self-harming behavior. People who suffer from them are more likely to experience lower levels of mental well-being, although this is not necessarily always the case.
Determinants of mental health
Throughout the lifespan, multiple individual, social and structural determinants can combine to protect or undermine our mental health and change our mental health situation.
Individual psychological and biological factors, such as emotional abilities, substance abuse, and genetics, can make people more vulnerable to mental health conditions
Exposure to unfavorable social, economic, geopolitical and environmental circumstances, such as poverty, violence, inequality and environmental degradation, also increases the risk of mental health conditions.
Risks can occur at all stages of life, but those that occur during sensitive periods of development, especially early childhood, are particularly harmful. For example, harsh parenting and physical punishment are known to harm children's health and bullying is a major risk factor for mental health conditions.

COMMENTS:
The topic is really interesting. I was able to compare the translations and they all got the main text in Spanish right. CAT TOOLS and Human review hand in hand are the best option when translating documents.
