Annual Board Meeting and Election Day - Monday, March 22, 2021 7:00 pm at the club house.
To help ensure the best service to the community by Grand Sanitation, please place trash out for pickup by 7:15 am on Tuesday & Friday. While it is preferred to place the trash out in the morning of the pickup days (to minimize animal intrusion), bags should only be placed out after 7:00 pm the evening before pickup.
Please, use 3 mil (thickness) trash bags only, as they help to keep animals and birds from penetrating less thick trash bags, the 3 mil bags (otherwise known as contractor bags) can be purchased at Lowe's, Home Depot or any hardware or grocery store.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact Taylor Management
