Castle Pointe Residents love and admire their small community and are always eager to help each other and be considerate to their neighbors.

• Cognizant of neighbors when comes to noise from games, music and parties, we all love to have fun.
• Enjoy warm water at the swimming pool with friends and family and understand that this is one place they cannot have their pets.
• Residents that have decks keep any propane tanks and grill away from the unit and enjoy a grill food.
• Residents with chimney flu and dryer vent cleaned and inspected periodically and ensure they minimize any fire hazards.
• Residents keep any firewood and planters hose and caddies away from the common areas as these are frequented by the landscapers to ensure a trimmed and tidy look of the homes and the community.
