The Board of Trustees of the Castle Pointe Condominium Association, Inc., employs the services of a number of service organizations for the administration, maintenance and upkeep of the community
Taylor Management handles all calls related to the maintenance and upkeep of the community. It is expected that the owners and residents will reach out to them for any related concerns.
Rezkom Enterprises handles all the general maintenance and upkeep of the property.
Property insurance is provided by Mercer Insurance Company. The unit owners are responsible to carry their own HO-6 condo insurance coverage for the contents and interior of the property. Please contact your insurance agent for HO-6 condo insurance details, Taylor Management Company can provide you any detail concerning the insurance coverage of the association.
All major work on Tennis courts is done by Universal Court Contractors
High Tech Landscapes handles the snow removal. This includes the boulevard, Driveways, parking areas, walkways, passages and the steps of the unit.
High Tech Landscapes is tasked with taking care of the lawns in the community.
Growing Concern takes care of the sprinklers and any irrigation need for the lawns.
Interstate Power Washing takes care of all the power washing of the Decks and outside of the units.
On-site parking is for residents and their guests only. No trailer, tractor, automobile or truck (commercial or unregistered), mobile home, recreational vehicle, bicycle, boat, boat trailer or the like shall be parked overnight, stored or housed on any portion of the property except within the unit. Workmen may have their vehicles on the property only while performing their work.
