Created and implemented a home exercise program for a musculoskeletal case study, identifying key impairments in client factors, performance skills, and occupational performance. Evaluated therapeutic exercise needs and designed a focused intervention plan featuring three prioritized exercises, along with a recommended therapeutic activity and occupation to support functional improvement. The program was written at an 8th-grade reading level to ensure clarity and accessibility.

Developed and delivered a creative occupation tailored to the diagnosis of hemiplegia with flaccid upper right extremity. Utilizing health literacy education approaches, we led the class in an activity to demonstrate its benefits while illustrating how to grade the activity up or down based on client needs and abilities.
