The CashFX To Justice Telegram channel has been created to provide a structured and sustainable environment for communication,
documentation and coordination between CashFX defrauded investors worldwide.

Since December 2025, the CashFX To Justice initiative has primarily focused on the structured coordination of affected
CashFX defrauded investors from Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao.

During this period, work has focused on:
• the legal structuring of the evidentiary dossier
• the submission of a central reference complaint in the Dominican Republic
• the international collection and organization of evidence
• contact with relevant authorities

In the meantime, groups from various other countries have also expressed their wish to align with this structured approach.

Because of the international character of the matter and the increasing scope of the dossier, communication and documentation
are now organized within a centrally structured environment.

✅ WHY TELEGRAM IS USED (INSTEAD OF WHATSAPP)

Telegram offers several important advantages for an international project of this scale.

It allows us to:
• keep all information chronologically and permanently accessible
• provide new participants immediate access to earlier documentation and updates
• bring international participants together in one central environment
• organize discussions through a linked forum without losing structure
• manage large volumes of evidentiary material in a secure cloud environment
• operate with fewer technical limitations regarding archiving, scalability and documentation
• to allow forum participants can communicate in their own native language through Telegram’s automatic translator.

This structure makes it possible for participants from different countries to collaborate efficiently while
maintaining clear documentation and transparency.

For these reasons, Telegram provides a more suitable environment for the further development of this initiative
than traditional messaging platforms.

For those unfamiliar with Telegram: it is a messaging application comparable to WhatsApp in basic use,
but with expanded possibilities for archiving, documentation and group organization.

Video tutorials explaining installation and basic functionality will also be provided for members who are not yet
familiar with the application.
