Welcome to Our Charming Country Home

Our most recent house (renovated in 2017) offers the best of both worlds: the rustic charm of the original 1783 building on the outside, and a sleek, minimalist interior design inside. The result is a warm and inviting space, full of character and comfort.

Comfortable & Well-Equipped

The house features two cozy bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds—both designed with your comfort in mind. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.

To keep you comfortable year-round, the house has air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in both bedrooms. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens, so you can enjoy peaceful nights without interruption.

We also provide a laundry area with appliances for your exclusive use, unlimited free Wi-Fi throughout the house, and a TV with national digital channels (TDT).

All the Essentials Provided

Fresh bed linen, bath towels, and even pool towels are included—so you can settle in and relax from the moment you arrive.

Outdoor Space Just for You

Step outside to enjoy a private patio with garden furniture, a barbecue area, private parking, a small garden, and your own private swimming pool. The pool is for the exclusive use of your group—offering total privacy and comfort.*

Your privacy is our priority: we rent the house to only one group at a time, so you'll never have to share the space.

Self-Catering Simplicity

Please note that we don’t provide breakfast, as the house is self-catering. The fully equipped kitchen is yours to use at your own pace and convenience.

💰 Nightly rates (entire house, up to 4 guests):

🟢 Low Season (October to May):
€80 per night
(Minimum stay: 4 nights)

🟡 Mid Season (June and September):
€105 per night
(Minimum stay: 5 nights)

🔴 High Season (July and August):
€130 per night
(Minimum stay: 7 nights)

📝 Notes:

• Prices apply to the rental of the entire house, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests.

• All rates include VAT at the current legal rate (6%).

• A refundable security deposit of €150 is required, returned after check-out following property inspection.

• Minimum stay requirements vary by season: 4 nights (low), 5 nights (mid), 7 nights (high).
