Waar halen we de sleutels van het appartement op ?
Na reservering geeft u uw verwachte aankomsttijd door. Op het afgesproken tijdstip zal onze lokale vertegenwoordigster Silvia u bij of in het appartement ontvangen. Zij overhandigt u de sleutels, neemt de inventaris met u door en maakt met u een afspraak voor uw vertrek.
Als uw aankomst bij het appartement na 21:00 uur is, dan dient u de sleutels op een ander adres op te halen!

After booking you pass on your estimated time of arrival. At the appointed time our local representative Silvia will receive you near or in the apartment. She hands you over the keys, explanes you the inventory and makes an appointment with you fore you departure.
If you arrive at the apartment after 9:00 PM, you need to collect the keys at another address.

Ruim voor uw vertrek ontvangt u een informatiemap met daarin alle noodzakelijke gegevens over het appartement, de aanrijd-routes, supermarkten, enz. Op onze website vindt u nog meer informatie.

Bij aankomt heeft u een tijd afgesproken voor het uitchecken. Silvia zal op dat moment bij u aanwezig zijn in het appartement. Samen controleert u het appartement op beschadigingen en inventaris. Daarna neemt ze de sleutels weer in ontvangst en wenst u een goede terugreis.

Upon arrival, you have agreed a time for the check out. Silvia will be present in the apartment at that moment. Together you check the apartment for damages and the inventory. After that she takes back the keys and wishes you a good return journey.

Bij reservering heeft u de waarborg betaald. Na het uitchecken geeft Silvia aan ons door dat de borg kan worden terugbetaald. U ontvangt deze dan op hetzelfde rekeningnummer, waarvan u ook heeft betaald.

You have paid the deposit by bank transfer at reservation. After checking out, Silvia informs us that the deposit can be refunded. You will then receive the amount at the same account number, of which you have paid it.
