Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) 2026

📅 April 10–12, 2026 | Friday–Sunday

RYLA is an unforgettable three-day leadership experience designed exclusively for high school juniors. Participants will build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and connect with peers who share their passion for making a difference. 

The program begins at 10:00 AM on Friday, so students will need to miss classes that day.

💲 Cost

There is no cost to students or families. The $350 fee per student is fully sponsored by your Cary Kildaire Rotary Club.

Delegates to the Rotary Youth Leadership Academy are members of a chosen few, selected because of their scholastic, athletic and civic achievements as well as their personality and desire to improve themselves. The hope of Rotary is to send them home better equipped to face the world by utilizing leadership developed during these three days. Delegates are tomorrow’s leaders and are selected and sponsored by the Cary Kildaire Rotary Club. There is no cost to the delegates or their family.
