Magic and mayhem abound at Spellbound at Mordecai! Encounter mysterious characters and amazing magicians, have your fortune told, and decorate a pumpkin to take home for All Hallow's Eve. Enjoy costume contests, a themed market, performers, carnival games, and more.
Duties and Impact:
Volunteers will assist with the following duties:
Info Booth Attendants - Provide information for visitors coming to the event. Answer questions, hand out marketing materials, and judging a kids' and pets' costume contest.
Activity Assistants - Help with free crafts (i.e. monitoring craft supplies, providing guidance, etc.), judging a kids' and pets' costume contest, and/or monitoring visitors' use of inflatables.
Oxxford Hunt Fall Festival

Duties and Impact:
By volunteering at this event, you can help enhance the magic of the holiday season for kids and their families. Volunteers will be assigned the following zones and respective duties upon arrival:
Arctic Avenue: Visitors will participate in a variety of carnival-themed games and activities next to DJ’s dancefloor. This zone involves demoing activities, explaining rules, and motivating participants.
Candy Cane Lane: Visitors will create souvenirs to bring home, mail a letter to Santa, and find hidden characters around the park. This zone involves crafting, storytelling, and providing instructions to families.
Gingerbread Grove: Visitors will aim for a high score or take the perfect family photo. This zone involves keeping game stations tidy, timing activities so everyone gets a turn, and encouraging family participation.
S’more Street: Visitors will assemble s’mores and visit a magical workshop to craft alongside Santa’s elves. This zone involves interacting with guests, assembling materials, and imagination.
