Booking and Payment
To secure your order, please send at least 50% down payment; your order will be confirmed once we receive this payment. Note that only fully paid orders can be dispatched.
For orders placed within 3 days of pick-up, a 25% rush fee applies to help cover the extra costs and overtime for our staff. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received promptly. Payment means you agree to our terms and conditions.
Cake Design
While we cannot replicate another cake artist's exact work but we are happy to create a design that captures a similar aesthetic.
Changes
We strive to accommodate changes made up to 7 days before your order is due. Please be aware that additional charges may apply.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded. We kindly ask customers to inform us as soon as possible if they need to cancel their order. While we cannot offer refunds for canceled orders, we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements or store credit options.
Baker's Emergency
In unforeseen circumstances, such as family emergencies or critical situations, we reserve the right to cancel an order. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be provided.
Non-edibles
Some cakes may include non-edible items (e.g., cake toppers, cupcake liners, dowels). Please ensure these are removed before serving.
Allergy & Dietary Warnings
Our baked goods may contain or have come into contact with allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, soy, and artificial ingredients. Inform your guests of any potential allergens.
Pick-up
All orders are for pick up at our location. After leaving our premises, the safe transport and handling of your cake become the responsibility of the customer. While we take great care in preparing your cake, factors beyond our control may impact its condition during transit.
Media
We reserve the right to use photographs of our cakes for promotional purposes.
