Women's Association

Women seeking to be obedient to God’s call in Jesus Christ. The women of Carpinteria Women's Association meet regularly to support the mission of the church, Carpinteria community and the world,helping & strengthening one another in their faith, service and love of Jesus Christ.


Luncheons and Teas:

  • All women of the church are invited to hear a short talk and enjoy a meal together.

  • First Thursdays of March, June, September and December


Groups:

  • Women's bible study - Monday's at 7pm in the Margaret Imbach room.

  • Abigail Group- Second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the church’s Margaret Imbach room.

  • Crafty Ladies- Monday and Thursday mornings from 9 am – 12 noon in the craft room behind the church, in the Kinderkirk Preschool wing.


Giving

  • Women's Association members contribute to fighting Leprosy, Today's Child, Upper Room, Adopt a Family, facility improvements,and the Kinderkirk Preschool.

  • Artists' Studio Tour

  • Avocado Festival, Avo Bazaar

  • Crafty Ladies Bazaars - plants, flowers, baked goods and gift sales.

  • Dollies Make a Difference

  • Prayer Shawl Ministry

  • Fellowship Dinners

  • Pillowcase Dress Community Project

  • Three Church Holiday Bazaar
