This portfolio represents my academic journey, leadership philosophy, professional growth, and dedication to creating inclusive, technology-enhanced learning environments for all learners, especially bilingual education students.
My journey is a tapestry woven with the threads of my Bolivian heritage, a commitment as enduring as the Andes mountains themselves. My family's roots run deep in this land, and the echoes of my Quechua-speaking ancestors guide my path. This rich history has instilled in me a fierce dedication to justice, not just as an abstract ideal, but as a living practice.
Like many in my country, I understand the importance of community and the collective struggle for dignity and opportunity. As someone with a learning disability, I am committed to standing alongside my students and all who face similar barriers to ensure that our voices are heard. We are a part of a powerful and resilient collective, committed to enacting positive change and providing all of these communities with the opportunities and success they so rightfully deserve.

HOW DO I MEASURE SUCCESS?
My success is measured not by my own accolades, but by my commitment to serving and upholding authenticity within the communities I am a part of a principle as vital to me as the shared traditions of my Bolivian heritage. I believe that true accomplishment is not a solitary peak, but a collective ascent. By consistently prioritizing the needs and values of those around me, I embrace the communal spirit that is so deeply ingrained in our culture. This is how we build a foundation of mutual respect and trust, like the solid earth of the Altiplano. My purpose is to be an authentic and conscientious contributor, to cultivate meaningful relationships, and to contribute to the overall well-being of the communities I serve. In this way, my personal success becomes inextricably linked to the prosperity of all, a reflection of the strength and unity of the Bolivian people.
