Injuries

It is not uncommon for our athletes to experience discomfort, aches, pains and occasionally injuries during the course of our season.


As coaches, we will work hard to identify if what our runners are experiencing is a normal response to the stress the body endures when you begin training, or if it is an overuse, or misuse injury.


We will defer to the athletic trainers in the event of the latter two occurrences and will work with them to remedy the situation and get the athlete back on track as soon as safely possible.
