Completing Athletics Paperwork - Powerschool

Step 1: Log into Powerschool as a parent using the the website carlisleschools.powerschool.com

Step 2: Once logged in, click on "Forms"

Step 3: If this is the first school sport for your student, complete all "2025-26 PIAA Athletics" parts (1-4).  If already completed for a previous Fall or Winter Sport, complete "2025-2026 PIAA Athletics Spring Sport Re-Certification"
