Completing Athletics Paperwork - Powerschool

Step 1: Obtain Powerschool Parent log-in info from your school secretary if you don't already have it (a student log-in will not work)

Step 2: Once logged in, click on "Forms"

Step 3: Locate and click on "2025-2026 PIAA Athletics - Part 1"

Step 4: Complete the 4 sections of the Athletics Forms
