Posters are accepted until 15th April
Poster presenters are required to submit a short description introducing their poster, focusing on the key research goals and findings. Poster description titles should exactly match the poster title and be directly related to the poster content. Submissions can be sent using the form below.
Guidelines for Poster Presenters
Posters will be displayed throughout the day in the main foyer of the Human Biology Building. All posters should adhere to the following format:
All posters should be displayed in portrait at A1 size (594mm X 841mm)
Posters should contain a title (50-word limit) and the names of all authors, institutions, cities, and countries. Departments, divisions, or specific addresses are not required.
Posters should be readable from a distance of 2 meters
Body text font size should be 24pt and above
Grants and funding bodies for research should be identified on the poster
Poster boards will be provided on the day. Conference attendees will be encouraged to visit the posters during breaks and contact the main author with questions when appropriate. There is no set template for poster design for this conference.
