Registration Categories & Fees

**Please note that without payment received by the appropriate deadline(s), your registration will be considered incomplete. Read all information provided below carefully**

CATEGORY FEE

Student (undergraduate, MSc, PhD) * $100

Associate (instructor*, admin, technician, Willed body coordinator) $150

*full or part-time lab demonstrator or TA

Medical Illustrator $150

Full (post-doc, academic or researcher) $250

Any other higher education position teaching or research stream

Abstract submission $20

On-site registration pricing is an additional $20 for all categories and is cash only.

*Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, medical school or professional degree program. Students are required to upload documentation which confirms current, full-time status. Acceptable documents include a copy of transcripts or letter from supervisor/program coordinator/registrar confirming your full-time status. All documents will be verified.

Step 1: Register

Registration opens February 14, 2026

We encourage registering before March 20th so that we can plan our space, sessions & catering appropriately.

Registrations with posters: March 15, 2026

General registration deadline: March 31, 2026

Step 2: Payment

At this time, we are able to accept payments via e-transfer only**. Please send your total fee (registration & abstract fee if applicable) to:

anatomy.canada.care@utoronto.ca

If a security question is requested, please use: anatomy2026

In the message, please enter your full name to confirm the registrant.

Should this be a payment for more than one person, all names must be included in the message.

**The CARE Conference is an initiative of the Canadian Collaborative of Anatomy Educators (CCAE). The CCAE is a legally registered not-for-profit corporation in Canada (Reg #: 1767662) and the bank account is likewise a business account for this corporation. Monies received are strictly used to support CARE or CCAE meetings, to cover related expenses and for future initiatives funded through CCAE.**

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Requests for refunds will be honored if received in writing to anatomy.canada.care@utoronto.ca on or before April 15, 2026*.

A $25 processing fee will apply to all cancelled registrations.

*Our cancellation policy is in place as there are contractual obligations with suppliers and space planning which require commitments and participant figures in advance of the event. No-shows and onsite registrations are non-refundable.

We encourage you to consider a substitution for your registration, which we allow at no charge. If you'd like to substitute a registrant, please send us the name/email address of the substitute.
