Replicating MySignals

What is MySignals?

Mysignals is a medical device and eHealth application development platform that is aimed to enhance the work of researchers & developers. It has new features that vastly improved upon the previous version, known as eHealth v2. This version now measures more than 15 different biometrics parameters. Body Position, Body Temperature, Electromyography, Electrocardiography, Airflow, Galvanic Skin Response, Blood Pressure, Pulsioximeter, Glucometer, Spirometer, Snore, Scale (BLE), Blood Pressure, and Electroencephalography are among the sensors available.

Our Plan/Vision

Our vision is to replicate the concept of MySignals to make the Cardio-Sync kit more efficient and user-friendly! In specific, our idea is to allow the numerous tools in our kit to to be connected and used via a single device, relative to the MySignals software device, so that patients can easily perform numerous tests in a short amount of time. Essentially, instead of having to conduct multiple tests, imagine just conducting 1 test! The possibilities are endless!

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible as the MySignals system only connects to its specific app - which does not relay the data back to the physician's EMR system or contact emergency services as the Cardio-Sync app does. Nonetheless, we are confident that over the next year, with further research, this would be feasible.

In more depth, this device would ultimately be the final product of Cardio-Sync, meaning that the device would be fully complete in terms of the hardware and have an improved user interface - a large touch-screen to display the data and provide instructions to the patient. The new device would also sync up with the Cardio Sync app; which would then function as it would with the current kit. Last but not least, we also hope to expand our product by creating specified kits for each major system in the body so that patients can purchase accordingly. (We feel that my limiting the number of sensors in each kit, it will be more cost-effective and methodical)
