Information: Most active at night, residing in and around forested areas consisting primarily of evergreen trees and lush groundcover.
Description: Black. Base of thorax tapering-cordate, pronotum tends to be nearly half that of the abdomen, margins of pronotum slightly upturned, elytral striae lined with many pits, head elongate-triangular, antennae slender; nearly two-thirds total body length. Clypeus may have dark brown margins.
