Information: resembles the body and pronotal shape of Sericoda sp.
Description: body: elongate-ovate, semi-robust. Head triangular, bronzish-black; face short, mandibles reddish to orange, pale-rather small, curved close to the head. Eyes large, weakly bulging laterally, two short setae over each eye; surface of the head smooth. Scapus pale orange or yellow, rest of antennae dark; antennal pubescence begins on the second antennomere following the pedicel. Pronotum ovate, median line faint, with numerous small wrinkles spanning out from it. Shallow, small indentations may be seen on either side of the weakly elevated median bulge. Front angles nearly squared; lateral margins round; hind angles obtuse; basal margin round. Lateral beading nearly entire, but ends abruptly before the median bulge. 8 shallow striae per elytron, intervals more or less flat; 6 fovea scattered along the 3rd stria, touching either the 2nd or 3rd striae, or both. Elytra glossy, opaque pale or "dirty" yellow. Humeral shoulders rounded-obtuse, scutellum exposed; laterobasal pores small, each with one dense seta within. Apices pointed. Ventral colouration glossy black, limbs yellow.
