Description: body: elongate-ovate, moderately robust. Head and pronotum metallic green, elytra metallic brownish bronze. Ventral colouration glossy black with green reflection; legs orange. Head triangular; dorsal surface smooth, minor indentations around the front of the head; eyes large, bulging laterally with two setae over each eye. Mandibles long, slender; apices curved, inner margin black, rest of the mandible dark reddish. Scapus orange, rest of the antennae dark; antennal pubescence begins on the second antennomere following the pedicel. Lateral beading of the pronotum only present on the lateral margins and he basal margin, ending abruptly at the margins of the lower median bulge. Pronotum semi-quadrate; front angles obtuse, lateral margins rounded-sinuous; hind angles obtuse; hind margins very weakly sinuate. Median line well-defined; a large indent may be seen on either side of the lower median bulge. 8 thin, shallow striae per elytron, intervals flat. Humeral shoulders round, apices pointed, sinuate. Interval 3 has three fovea; two of which touch the 2nd elytra, the third touches the 3rd stria.
