The Supervised Visitation Program is a service of the Child Abuse Prevention Team. We provide supervision of court-ordered visits between children and approved non-custodial parents and caregivers.
All new court orders must be submitted to the CAPT/Our House office within 90 days of being signed by the judge. Once the court order is received both parties (custodial and visiting) must attend orientation which will be scheduled by a Support Staff Member at separate times.
Supervised Visitation Fees: CAPT/Our House fees are $25 per visit/per hour. Acceptable payments are cash, check, or PayPal. There will be a $25 returned check fee. Unless stated otherwise in the court order, the visiting adult is responsible for the payment of visitation. Payment is due at the conclusion of visitation. The recipient of payment will be provided by the staff. There will be a $20 orientation fee for each party. If the court order states that the visiting parent is responsible for all fees associated with the visits, they must pay the fee for both parties.
If you have any additional questions about this service, please give us a call.
