Peers' Lessons

The first video I'm presenting is from Ceramics Instructor Extraordinaire, Jim McCarthy, of University City High School. This video was recorded on Feb. 26, 2020.

Mr. McCarthy calls this lecture, "The Perfect Shape Project," and it is the culmination of all the techniques he's taught since the beginning of the school year. (With apologies for all the comments from me, including my chuckling at both his instruction and the students' responses).

The video has not been edited, which presents an opportunity to see Mr. McCarthy's classroom management style (as well as his incredible patience with students who are not paying attention, and talking while he's lecturing.
