Housing Connector is a tech-for-good nonprofit that increases access to housing for individuals most in need. We do this by solving financial and resident challenges for property managers so they can open doors to more people in the community, and by streamlining the housing search experience for service providers with our Zillow powered marketplace.

Warren Village at Alameda is a brand new, two-building facility that offers supportive housing for families who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of housing instability, with a preference for single-parent families. Tenant selection is based on income qualifications, household size, and additional unique circumstances. Different units have different eligibility criteria. Unique circumstances include families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and/or having a member of the household with a disability verified by a knowledge professional.
Located in Southwest Denver at the corner of Alameda and Pecos, the two buildings have a total of 89 units.
