The Global Navigation Menu is the "blue" menu. You may also make your Studio files course-specific in the course menu (the side menu that appears in your specific course).
Click on "Record" and choose screen capture or web capture.

Download the screen capture application.
Record!
Adjust the size of your recording area (the dotted line).
Toggle between large webcam, small webcam, no webcam, and even move the webcam around.
You can switch to screen, webcam, or video.
This is on the "text box" when you add content in a course.
Click on the blue "Studio" icon.
This opens up the same options as before. Record, add, or search for a Studio video you would like to add to this area of your course.
If you already have a video that you have created, you may upload it to Studio!
You may create something in another video program
You may want to download videos currently housed somewhere else (e.g., YouTube) that you have created and upload them to Studio
You may want to upload videos that you create in Studio but edit elsewhere (more on that later)
Once you click "Add," you have the opportunity to upload a media file or use a YouTube URL.
