Canine Clippers Policies 

To help us provide the best possible care for your pets and ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our shop policies.

LATE ARRIVALS 

- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, a 15% fee will be added to your total.

- Arriving 20 minutes or more late may result in your appointment being canceled and rescheduled for a later date.

NO SHOWS

- If you cannot make your appointment please call at least 24 hours in advance.

- Failing to notify us will result in a 15% fee added to your next appointment.

- A second missed appointment Without notice will result in a 30% fee added to your next visit

- After a third missed appointment we may no longer be able to accommodate you as a client.

PICK-UP Timing

- We kindly ask that you are available to pick up your dog within 30 minutes of being notified that they are ready. 

- If you have a prior engagement that may prevent you from picking up within that window, we're happy to offer extended stay care as a pet sitting service. Just let us know at drop off, and we'll provide pricing based on the length of stay. 

- Without prior notice, a $5 care fee will be added for every 15 minutes past the initial 30 minute window.

MATTING FEES

- If your dog arrives with matting an additional fee will apply based on severity.

- Matting fees range from $10 up to double or even triple the price of a groom in extreme cases.
