Our Story

Canine Clippers is a family-owned and operated grooming shop run by a mother and daughter team. Tammy, a single mother, raised her daughters in this area and built a life grounded in hard work, family, and community. After years of working in this business together, we were proud to purchase Canine Clippers in 2019 and make it our own.

Today, Tammy runs the shop with her daughter Katy, while Katy’s sister Meghan works in childcare. Caring for others has always been at the heart of our family, and that same mindset carries into the way we care for every dog who comes through our door.

Because it’s just the two of us in the shop, we’re able to keep things personal and give every dog the time, patience, and attention they deserve. We take pride in building real relationships with our clients and their pets, and we know how important it is to have a groomer you trust.

At Canine Clippers, we believe in humanity over vanity. Your dog’s comfort and well-being always come first. That means we will never put a dog through unnecessary stress, pulling, or tugging for the sake of appearance alone. Our goal is to provide quality grooming in a calm, caring environment while always putting the dog first.
