What happens if I'm running late? If you are running late and suspect you'd be ariving more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, we just ask that you give us a phone call to let us know. Failing to do so may result in a 5% late fee for your appointment
Do you require vaccination records? No
Do you groom puppies? Yes, we just ask they have had their puppy vaccinations before their first groom.
Do you offer nail trimming only? Yes! Please call for an appointment first. We usually can get you in within a day or two. $10
Is nail trimming included in the groom? Yes, nail trimming is included in every one of our grooming or bathing packages.
Do you groom all breeds and sizes? yes
Do you groom Senior Dogs? Yes. We offer senior dogs what we call a 'senior comfort groom'. We do all that we can to make the dog comfortable.
How long will my dog's appointment take? We quote 4 hours from drop off. you'll usually reeive a call prior to that 4 hour mark.
Can I wait while my dog is being groomed? No, dogs tend to misbehave when their owner is present. For this reason we also ask you do not show up unless you have been notified your dog is finished.
Will you call or text when my dog is ready? Yes, we will call. If you prefer text let us know at drop off.
Why might extra charges apply? Extra charges apply when a dog has matting, aggression resulting in 2 groomers needed for the grooming, or fleas.
What happens if my dog has fleas? We apply a $10 flea bath. This bath removes the fleas but does not prevent fleas from jumping back on at home. We will call you if we see any and you should do your best to flea treat the home and the dog when they get home.
